  • All of our cakes and buttercreams are made from scratch by hand, gloved hands that is! We never use any form of box cake mix or pre-made buttercream at any time.

  • Payment Policy

    Orders require a nonrefundable retainer to reserve requested date/time. Payments may be made via Zelle or securely via credit card/debt card through your emailed invoice. See wedding terms below.

    Orders are not reserved until payment is received. There is a 48 hour courtesy period to hold the order before the availability is given to another client.

    Payment must be paid in full before pickup or delivery and on or before the due date!

  • A retainer to secure your date and time is nonrefundable. If you have an emergency and need to reschedule, the balance will be applied to a future order.

    Communication is key, if you are up-front about any issues about your date we will work hard to accommodate you. We understand things can come up that are out of your control. We promise to do everything in our power to deliver you a cake that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your cake. Please note that colors and design of actual cake may vary slightly from computer mock-up due to the nature of digital and edible components.

    In the rare case that you are unhappy with your cake and would like a refund, you must call the day of your event AND RETURN THE CAKE. Without proof that you are indeed unhappy with the product and will not be using it for your event, we will be unable to refund any portion of your payment. We are dedicated to satisfying our clients cake requirements. Please call or email if you have any questions. Thank you very much.

  • When you pick up your cake order, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Naturally Cake LLC’s possession. We will give you cake instructions that must be followed. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after you pickup.

  • Delivery and Setup service is required for all cakes 3 tiers and taller for a fee. This service insures and guarantees that your cake is set up in pristine condition. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after delivery/setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below. 

  • We maintain creative control over the final look of our cakes. It is never our intent to duplicate another cake artist’s work. We prefer never to duplicate our own work. All cakes are subject to our own creative expression. Decorative elements such as flowers, gold/silver leaf, dusts, etcetera are subject to change based on availability.

  • Weddings can be booked up to 12 months in advance. Weddings require a 25% retainer for all cakes above $500. Cakes below $500 can be reserved with the standard 50% retainer. The balance is due 30 days before the wedding. The retainers are nonrefundable, as aforementioned.

    If you have an emergency and need to reschedule, the balance will be applied to the next order.

  • Tastings are available for wedding clients only. Tastings includes 3 mini cakes and 3 different flavors. Each cake has 2-3 servings. We will send you a link to order the mini cakes upon your request. Due to the labor of creating 3 mini cakes in different flavors, the entire tasting fee is not deducted if you decide to hire us.

  • We do not stay for the reception to cut the cake. Traditionally a close relative or friend is chosen by the couple to cut the cake or a caterer. I will supply a cake cutting guide (upon request) to aid those you have chosen to cut the cake and to ensure the proper amount of servings are cut.

    If saving the top tier for your anniversary cake, please freeze the unwrapped, uncut cake for 1 hour, then wrap in clingfilm very well.  Wrap again in foil.  Store in a freezer until time to serve again.  Simply put cake in the refrigerator, still wrapped, to unthaw for 8 hours.  Unwrap and allow 3 hours or more to return to room temperature on the counter before eating!
